天然产物对照品之硫代葡萄糖苷类物质种类和结构(三)
硫代葡萄糖苷(glucosinolate, GSL, 简称硫苷,也称芥子油苷)是植物中一种重要的次生代谢物质,在十字花科植物中广泛存在,通常情况下以钾盐或钠盐的形式存在于细胞质中,不仅具有多种生物活性,还是十字花科蔬菜风味和气味形成的重要的前体物质。硫代葡萄糖苷由β-D-葡萄糖、磺酸肟和氨基酸的侧链R 组成,根据侧链R 的不同,GSL 在结构上可分为脂肪族硫苷、芳香族硫苷和吲哚族硫苷,三类代表性单体硫苷化学的结构式,如图1 所示:
硫代葡萄糖苷种类比较丰富, 目前己鉴定的有200多种,其中芳香族硫苷、苯甲酸酯类硫苷、吲哚族硫苷种类和结构,如下表1和图2所示:
